摘要
以低品位软锰矿为研究对象,采用电解锰硫化渣浸出其中的锰,考察了搅拌速率、液固比、温度、硫化渣用量、硫酸用量和反应时间对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明,在搅拌速率为400 r/min,液固比为5,硫化渣用量3 g,硫酸浓度140 g/L,温度90℃,浸出时间3.5 h时,锰的浸出率达94.27%,实现了硫化渣的资源再利用。
The process of leaching of manganese fromLow- grade pyrolusite using sulfide slag was studied in this paper. Parameters such as the stirring rate,the liquid- solid rate,temperature,and the addition of sulfide slag,the concentration of sulphuric acid and time on the leaching rate were analyzed. The research showed the optimal leaching conditions were obtained as 140 g / L H2SO4 and 3 g sulfide slag and liquid- solid ratio of 5 for 3. 5 h at 90 ℃ under400 r / min stirring rate. The leaching rate by this way was 94. 27%,the waste ores were reused.
