摘要
对参加体育锻炼实验前后的听障大学生进行静态平衡能力测试。随机抽取中州大学特殊教育学院120名听障大学生为实验对象,把学生随机分为两个实验组(徒手练习组和器械练习组)和一个对照组,实验组进行为期12周的训练。结果显示:体育锻炼后听障大学生的静态平衡能力得到明显提升,其中徒手练习组的练习内容能有效提高听障大学生静态平衡能力。
It was to conduct the experiment of static balance test of deaf college students before and after physical exercise. 120 deaf students of Zhongzhou University special education school were randomly selected as the study object. The students were randomly divided into freehand exercise group and equipment exercise group for 12-week training and the control group. Results show that deaf college students’ ability of static balance after exercises was improved significantly. The unarmed group practice exercises can effectively improve the deaf college students’ static balance ability.
