摘要
水平井开发在苏里格气田取得了良好应用效果,但存在产能评价困难与产能影响因素不明确的实际问题。在分析已有资料基础上,建立了水平井"一点法"无阻流量计算公式与单井控制储量快速评价图版,评价了气田早期投产水平井产能,并通过定义单条裂缝产能参数和单位气层厚度产能参数分析了水平井产能主要影响因素。结果表明,苏里格气田储层物性差、非均质性强,水平井需要(100-600)d才能进入边界控制流动阶段;水平井产能总体较高,但差异较大,无阻流量集中分布在(10-50)×10^4 m^3/d之间,平均值为25.7×10^4 m^3/d,单井控制储量主要分布在(4 000-8 000)×10^4 m^3之间,平均值为7 784×10^4 m^3。水平井产能同时受地质和工程因素影响,地质因素中气层厚度对产能影响最明显,含气饱和度次之,孔隙度影响不明显,渗透率影响程度难以确定;工程因素中水平井有效长度、压裂段数、压裂规模对产能影响明显,压裂液返排率影响不明显。
While horizontal wells(HWs)development have achieved excellent performance in Sulige Gasfield,there exist practical problems including difficulty in productivity evaluation and uncertainty in determining effect factors of productivity.Based on the analyses of previous materials and data of field,this paper proposed an absolute open flow single-point equation and rapid well-controlled reserves evaluation chart for HWs and evaluated productivity of early production wells.Then main effect factors of productivity are filtered by defining productivity parameters of single fracture and unit formation thickness.Results show that it takes 100 to 600days for horizontal wells to enter the boundary controlled flow period due to poor properties and strong heterogeneity of Sulige tight gas field.The absolute open flow rate of wells concentrates between 10×10^4 m^3/d and 50×10^4 m^3/d with an average of 25.7×10^4 m^3/d.The well-controlled reserves of HWs range from 4 000×104 m3 to 8 000×10^4 m^3 with an average of 7 784×10^4 m^3.The production capacity of horizontal well is high though it shows great difference for individual wells.Both geological and engineering factors affect HWS productivity.Specifically,the most influential geological factor is formation thickness,then,is gas saturation.The effect of porosity is slight and that of permeability is difficult to determine.Among engineering factors,effective length of horizontal wells,fracturing segments,and fracturing scale affect productivity more greatly than flowing back ratio of fracturing fluid.
