应用高级模拟人开展危重症护理教学的方案 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨采用高级模拟人开展危重症护理教学的方案,以期为高仿真模拟教学和培训提供参考。方法通过文献回顾和理论分析法,初步确立应用高级模拟人开展危重症护理教学方案基本框架,并运用专家现场咨询法论证教学方案的总体可行性。结果专家咨询权威系数Cr=0.868,专家对教学方案的可行性判断变异系数均<0.5,最终确立应用高级模拟人开展危重症护理教学方案,包括教学目标、教学内容、教学安排、师资、教学评价,其中,教学安排部分由模块、具体教学结构、时间安排、内容、形式、教师人数等6个部分构成。结论应用高级模拟人开展危重症护理教学方案严谨,有较强可行性,可应用于临床教学模拟实训。 Objective To discuss the use of human patient simulator for implementing critical nursing teaching scheme,and to provide reference for high-fidelity simulation teaching and training.Methods By using literature review and theoretical analysis method,the basic framework of the teaching scheme with human patient simulator for critical nursing was determined preliminarily,and expert consultation was used to demonstrate the overall feasibility of the teaching plan.Results The specialist authority coefficient was 0.868.The variation coefficients of feasibilities were all below 0.5.The teaching scheme with human pa-tient simulator for critical nursing simulation training were finally established,which consists of teaching objective,contents,arrangement,teachers and evaluation.Among them,the teaching arrangement was con-sisted of six parts ,which include modules,the teaching structure,time arrangement,content,form,teach-ers.Conclusion The teaching scheme with human patient simulator for critical nursing simulation training was rigorous,with strong clinical simulation training feasibility.
