摘要
文化观对一个国家的政府决策产生重要的影响。海洋文化是改革开放后我国政府决策的主要思想理念,秉承的是和平、友好、与世界各国和睦相处的海洋文化观,建设丝绸之路经济带与21世纪海上丝绸之路即是这一观念的体现。广东的海洋文化元素多、因素强,在建设丝绸之路经济带与21世纪海上丝绸之路战略中具有独特的优势和重要的作用。
Different countries and ethnic groups have a different sense of marine culture and spirit, accordingly, forming its own different cultural perspectives. Cultural perspectives have an important impact on a nation＇s government decisions. Marine culture is the main idea in China since the reform and opening up, adhering to be ocean of peace, friendship and harmony with world culture. Construction of 21st century Silk Road on the economic belt of Marine Silk Road is a manifestation of the idea. Marine culture with elements and factors has its own unique strengths and plays a vital role in the strategy of building 21st century Silk Road on the economic belt of Marine Silk Road.
