摘要
基于生态产业链网建设的我国高耗能产业逐渐形成了产业集聚的现象,有必要研究高耗能产业群的循环经济协同发展问题,以提升和改善产业集群的综合节能减排效应。该研究涉及到高耗能产业群的协同发展和协同效应、产业集群或企业集团的绿色管理机制、产业链绿色传导机制、循环经济与低碳经济的集成和协同理论体系等方面的内容。通过对上述研究领域的文献梳理,提出了值得探讨的研究问题,从协同效应的定量和优化研究、产业链传导机制和可持续的循环经济与低碳经济协同发展理论等几个方面给出了研究展望。
The energy intensive industrial cluster is formed with the construction of eco -industrial chain and network among them.It is necessary to study the circular economy coordinated development of the energy intensive industries in order to improve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.This study involves the coordinated development and effect,the green management mechanism of industrial cluster or enterprise group,the industrial chain green conduction mechanism,the integration and theory of circular economy and low carbon economy of energy intensive industries.This paper first makes a literature review on the above research fields,and then proposes some problems to be discussed and put forwards the research prospect with the per-spective of quantitative optimization research on coordination effect,industrial chain green conduction mecha-nism,and sustainable coordination development theory of circular economy and low carbon economy.
