摘要
[目的]探讨耳穴埋豆联合舒适护理对扁桃腺切除术后病人疼痛及负性情绪的影响。[方法]将84例扁桃腺切除术后病人根据随机数字表法将病人分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组病人围术期应用舒适护理,观察组在舒适护理的基础上实施耳穴埋豆护理,比较两组术后疼痛感、负性情绪、术后假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及病人满意度。[结果]观察组术后第1天、第3天、出院前1天疼痛评分均低于对照组同期评分;观察组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组;观察组术后假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,而病人满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]耳穴埋豆联合舒适护理能有效缓解扁桃腺切除术后病人疼痛感,减轻病人负性情绪,提高病人满意度,促进病人康复。
Objective：To probe into the influence of ear buried beans combined with comfort care on pain and negative emotions of patients after amygdalectomy.Methods：A total of 84 patients undergoing tonsillectomy who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,42 cases in each.The patients in control group received the comfort care during the perioperative period,while the patients in observation group received the ear buried beans nursing on the basis of comfort care.Then the patients’postoperative pain,negative emotions, postoperative pseudomembrane formation time,wound healing time,hospitalization time and satisfaction were compared in both groups.Results：The pain score of observation group was lower than that during the same peri-od in control group on postoperative first day and postoperative third day and one day before discharge;the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）were lower than that of control group after intervention;the postoperative pseudomembrane formation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of patients in observation group were shorter than that in control group,but the patients’ satisfaction score was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ear buried beans combined with comfort care can effectively relieve patients’pain after amygdalec-tomy and patients’negative emotions,improve patients’satisfaction and promote patients’rehabilitation.
