摘要
结合一起电动机电流速断保护频动事故,对事故发生的原因从电气和机械特性方面进行了详细分析,并结合电动机的实际运行情况进行了故障处理,最终判定跳闸主要是由电动机启动瞬间的电流衰减时间较空载时间长引起的。通过调整定值,启动电动机出现电流速断保护动作跳闸的问题得到解决。
This paper analyzes a motor current instantaneous protection frequency trip acci- dent. The cause of the accident is studied in detail from the electrical and mechanical characteris- tics. The fault is dealt with according to the actual operation of the motor. It is determined that the main reason of tripping that, when the motor starts, the instant current decay time is longer than that without load. By adjust the setting values, the problem of start motor current instanta- neous trip protection is resolved.
