微型四轮独立驱动电动汽车动力参数设计与验证

摘要 根据自主设计的微型四轮独立驱动电动汽车设计参数及要求,对其驱动电机功率、动力电池容量与组数等进行匹配设计,通过AVLCruise软件进行仿真验证,并将设计参数应用于电气系统设计及元器件参数选择.实车测试结果表明:匹配的动力系统各参数满足实际需求,不同行驶工况下主干回路电流曲线可满足设计要求. According to power performance requirements of independent designed micro-electric vehicle with four-wheel-independent drive,the matching design of drive motor power,the capacity and number of battry was performancd. By using software AVLCruise,a simulation analysis on its power performance was conducted. The parameters were used in the design of electrical system and component parameter selection. Finally by real vehicle test,the result showed that the relation parameters of powertrain system met design requirements,the drive current graph of trunk circuits in different driving modes was suitable.
