摘要
随着我国经济的发展,如何提高物流管理专业从业人员的数量和质量,是职业院校目前迫切需要思考的问题。文中基于所在学校物流管理专业人才培养模式的现状,初步探明了企业对职业院校物流管理专业人才的认知,提出了"双证融通"物流管理人才模式,并从人才培养模式实施、课程体系改革、教学模式改革、评价改革等方面展开论述。
As China＇s economic development,and how to improve the quantity and quality of logistics management professional practitioners,is the urgent need to think about the issue vocational schools.The paper based on the status quo where the school logistics management professionals training mode,initially proved a corporate awareness of professional logistics management professionals institutions,proposed a “Double Certificate”logistics management personnel mode,and from the training model,curriculum aspects of system reform,the reform of teaching mode,start on the evaluation and reform.
