摘要
采用SCL-90症状自评量表对浙江中医药大学70名在校来华留学生进行心理健康状况测查,并以SPSS软件进行统计分析。调查结果显示,来华留学生的强迫症状、人际敏感、焦虑因子评分均显著高于中国青年常模,其中阳性指标检出率最高的是睡眠及饮食情况。这说明与中国学生相比,来华留学生存在更严重的心理问题。其中对浙江中医药大学来华留学生心理健康状况影响最大的是基本生理和生活的需要。该研究以期为完善中医院校留学生心理健康教育工作提供参考。
Using Symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90） test and SPSS statistical analysis, this study investigated the psychological health states of 70 international students of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. The results showed that the international students＇ scores of obsessivecompulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety factor are significantly higher than those of Chinese youth control, indicating that the international students have more serious psychological problems. For international students, the basic needs such as sleep and diet states are the most positive parameters, and mostly affect their psychological health state. This study will provide references for improving the education management work on international students inuniversities of Chinese medicine.
