摘要
随着市场经济的快速发展,供电企业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,这就要求企业不断地提高核心竞争力以迎接来自市场的考验。企业核心竞争力的提高需要人力资源的有效开发及其潜能的充分利用。培训是企业进行人力资源管理的基本方式之一,企业培训必须遵循管理的有效性原则,把效率和效果辩证的统一起来,以效果为第一位。文章分析了供电企业的培训现状及存在问题,将管理的过程理论和供电企业员工培训的过程相结合,提出员工培训管理的过程模型以及解决问题的建议,为提高企业员工培训的有效性进行探索。
Abstract:Along with the rapid development of market economy, the power supply enterprise is facing enormous opportunities and challenges which demand enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness to meet the test of market.In order to improve the core competitiveness, enterprises need to exploit human resources effectively and take full advantage of their potentials.Training is one of the basic methods in human resources management and it must follow the principle of management ,unify the efficiency and effectiveness dialectically and put the effectiveness first.This paper analyzes the training status as well as the problems that exist.h combines the process theory of management together with the staff training and proposes a process model as well as suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is an exploration to the effectiveness of enterprises' staff training.
