摘要
空投发射箱落地是碰撞问题,根据连续介质力学的质量、动量和能量守恒方程,给出碰撞体系的基本方程。该过程是短暂的,适合使用显式非线性动态法进行仿真。储运发射箱着陆时,地面会对发射箱产生瞬态的冲击,从而造成加速度过大,因此对箱体采取缓冲防护是必要的。在发射箱底部加上由一片发泡聚乙烯和一块蜂窝纸板串联而成的缓冲系统,仿真结果表明,该系统可以有效降低火箭弹的加速度使得药柱的应力值在安全范围之内。
The impact matler exists in the launch box aixdrop. According to mass, momentum and energy conservation equation of continuum mechanics, the paper gives out the basic equations of collision system. The process is ephemeral, so it is suitable to use an explicit non-linear dynamic method to simulate the landing. When the launch canister hits the ground, the floor gives an instanta- neous impact to the launch box. Due to the acceleration of the box, it is necessary to add a cushion to the launch box. A cushion system that consists of a piece of expanded polyethylene and a honeycomb fiberboard in series is added to the bottom of the box. The simulation result shows that the system can reduce the acceleration magnitude of the rocket effectively and make the stress val- ue with in the range of the grain safety.
