对甲苯磺酸催化合成乙酸环己酯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验以冰乙酸和环己醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成乙酸环己酯,通过正交实验考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,当冰乙酸的加入量为0.1 mol,醇酸物质的量比为1.6︰1,催化剂用量0.2 g,反应时间2 h的条件下,酯化率可达97%以上。所得产品无色透明,通过红外光谱分析对产品进行了结构表征。 Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized using acetic acid and cyclohexanol as reactants and p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. The influence factors of molar ratio of alcohol to acid, catalyst weight, and reaction time was examined through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the best reaction conditions were as follows: the amount of acetic acid was 0.1 mol, the ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic was 1.6:1, the amount of catalyst was 0.2g. After reacting for 2h, the yield was over 97%.The product was colorless and transparent. The structure of the product was characterized by IR.
