摘要 针对防霉剂对毛织物霉菌抑制效果进行了研究,通过土埋法检测,探索防霉剂种类、用量、处理温度和时间对防霉效果的影响,择优确定了吡啶硫酮锌处理毛织物的最佳工艺,以及异噻唑啉酮处理最佳防霉工艺。结果表明:毛织物进行防霉整理能获得良好的防霉效果。防霉剂用量是影响毛织物防霉效果的最显著因素,织物防霉性能提高,强力下降率较低。采用浸轧法优于浸渍法,且复配后的综合防霉配方能有效抑制霉菌生长,防霉剂吡啶硫酮锌质量浓度0.04 g/L,异噻唑啉酮质量浓度0.8 g/L;10次水洗后织物强力保留率95%以上。 Used to the wool fabric, mold suppression effects has conducted through analyzing inspection mildew-proofing finishing agents, agent amount, processing temperature and time to mildew proof effect influence. Pyridine zinc sulfate and isothiazolinone: two fungicides are applied to wool fabric, the optimum technical condition of wool fabric determined by orthogonal test. At the same time, the result indicated that mildew proofingcan obtain good effect of wool fabric. Fungicide dosage is the most significant factors affecting the effects of wool fabric, fabric mildew proofing performance improvement, strong drop rate is low. The compound of mildew proofing finishing agents is suitable for wool fabric with padding method than dip molding at mildew proofing finishing process conditions as well as advantage of keeping function of mildew proofing. Fungicide dosage of pyridine zinc sulfide ketone is 0.04 g/L, dosage of isothiazolinone is 0.8 g/L; fabric strength retention rate after 10 time washing is more than 95%.
