重症急性胰腺炎合并中毒性表皮坏死松解症死亡1例治疗分析 被引量：5

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,62岁,主因上腹部胀痛8 d,加重3 d伴咳嗽、咳痰,于2014年3月18日入住我院。入院查体：体温37.0℃,脉搏90次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压160/90 mmHg（1mmHg=0.133 kPa）。营养状态肥胖,皮肤色泽正常。血常规示：白细胞总数20.03×109个/L,嗜中性粒细胞比例88.2%,血红蛋白140 g·L^-1。生化常规示：UREA12.96mmol·L^-1,CREA131.7μmol·L^-1,CHE4 426 U·L^-1。腹部CT示：胰腺水肿,胰周积液,胰周边界不清。
