摘要
泰山基业(财富中心)工程建筑高度241.85 m,在结构标高99.3 m处设置高位转换层,转换层为型钢混凝土组合梁加钢筋混凝土楼板的形式,转换梁截面尺寸多种,多向相交、纵横贯通。通过对百米高位转换层型钢复杂节点优化设计及施工、超高层高位大截面转换叠合梁支撑系统进行研究、创新,成功的完成了高位转换层的施工。
In view of Taishan Jiye(wealth center)engineering building height of 241.85 m,the high level transfer floor is set at the elevation of 99. 3m,the type of the transfer floor is steel reinforced concrete composite beam plus reinforced concrete floor, with a variety of transfer beam section sizes, multi-way intersection and vertical and horizontal cut-through. Through optimization design and construction of complex joints of high level transfer floor reinforced steel at one hundred meter elevation, and through research and innovation of super-tall high level large section transfer superposed beam support system, the construction of high transfer floor is successfully completed.
