摘要
针对复杂穿越工程中岩土体竖向位移监测的问题,开发了一种可用于盾构穿越施工控制的非开挖水平测斜监测技术。阐述了该项监测技术的基本原理与数据计算处理方法;介绍了水平测斜管的埋设过程,包括导向钻进、扩孔护壁、牵引回拖等;在强调了初始值的读取和管口高程修正之后,分别描述了采用人工测量和自动测量两种方法的监测程序;最后,用三个工程实例说明该监测技术在地下穿越工程中具有数据准确灵敏、受外界条件干扰小、监测数据连续等优点,且具有良好的适应性。
This paper introduces the horizontal inclinometer monitoring through trenchless technology, based on the problem of monitoring the vertical displacement of rock-soil body during underground crossing. More details, the fundamental principle and the data calculation methods of the monitoring technique, horizontal dip tube embedment process including guiding drilling, reamer breast wall and traction back to drag etc., will be found in the paper. With emphasizing the reading of the initial data and the pipe orifice elevation amendment, the technology utilizes artificial measurement and automatic measuring respectively during the horizontal inclinometer monitoring, which is used in three projects finally. It' s been proved that the technique got great success, with the advantage of more accurate, sensitive and continuous monitoring data but less external disturbance, which will be widely used in lots of engineering project.
