紫外光催化降解水溶液中甲氧苄氨嘧啶的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察了抗生素药物甲氧苄氨嘧啶在紫外光照条件下,在p H为4.0,7.0,9.0的水溶液中连续照射6 h的降解情况,通过对照样品(避光)观察了药物在相同环境下的稳定性,比较了Ti O2和H2O2的加入对于药物降解的影响。结果表明:在单一紫外光照射下,甲氧苄氨嘧啶表现较为稳定,几乎未发生降解。随着体系中Ti O2和H2O2的加入,发现对甲氧苄氨嘧啶在紫外光下的降解有很明显的催化及氧化促进作用。紫外光-Ti O2-H2O2体系中,甲氧苄氨嘧啶的降解受溶液p H值影响较大,酸性溶液中降解率最高。 The experiments aimed to study the ultraviolet photocatalytic degradation of trimethoprim in a-queous solution for consecutive 6 h at pH 4.0,7.0 and 9.0.Also,the stability of control samples under the same condition was observed ,as well as the catalytic effect of TiO 2 and H2 O2 on UV degradation .The results indicated that trimethoprim is quite resistant to solo UV light ,while the catalytic or oxidation effect of TiO2/H2 O2 combined with UV degradation is very evident ,especially the effect of H 2 O2 .Moreover,pH effect on the degradation in the system of UV -TiO2 -H2 O2 showed high removal efficiency in acid solu-tion.
