摘要
讨论城市轨道交通从单线到网络化运营的过程,以及在网络化转型过程中运营管理所面临的内部、外部环境的快速变化和需要承受的巨大挑战。以广州地铁网络化运营的实践为切入点,系统分析网络化运营的特征、挑战,提出一些理念:创新网络化运营管理体制,注重员工业务技能、运营能力的提升,强化安全风险、设备质量的管控,广泛应用信息化技术为运营管理保驾护航。系统阐述网络化运营的应对措施,以确保城市轨道交通线网运营的可持续发展。
This paper discussed the process from operation of single line to network operation of urban rail transit, and the huge internal and external challenges facing urban rail transit in the transformation to network operation. The paper took Guangzhou Metro network operation as an example to illus- trate and analyze the characteristics of network operation and challenges arising from network operation. The innova- tion of the operational management system by Guangzhou Metro is presented; suggestions are put forward on the im- provement of working skills of the employees building up of the operational capacity, strengthening of safety control and facility quality managenmlt as well as the wide use of infformatkm technolo- gy. Measures to be adopted to fight againt the challenges are pro- posed to ensure the sustainable development of network operation of urlxm rail transit.
