摘要
为了促进城市轨道交通健康可持续发展,对国内外"地铁+物业"开发模式进行分析,并结合武汉市轨道交通站点分布、站点影响范围、轨道线网密度情况,提出武汉市轨道交通站点地下空间发展结构及"地铁+物业"空间分布的策略。在此基础上,提出"地铁+物业+换乘设施"三体合一的站点设计及规划控制要求,并以武汉市轨道交通2号线金银潭站作为实例进行研究分析。
In order to promote healthy and sustainable development of urban rail transit, "subway and property" development models in China and abroad were analyzed. In line with the distribution of Wuhan Rail Transit stations, the influencing areas of the station and rail network density, the development structure of the space are put forward for the underground floor space of Wuhan Rail Transit, with the "subway and property" strategies of spatial distribution is proposed. On the basis of this, the requh'ements for designing and planning a station that includes subway, property and transfer facilities are suggested by taking Jinyintan Station of Line 2 of Wuhan Rail Transit as an example.
