摘要
采用水热氧化-酸浸-还原的方法对碲锌镉中的碲进行回收,通过控制其他条件不变,改变水热温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、亚硫酸钠的加入量来考察碲的回收率。结果表明,回收碲的最佳实验条件为:水热氧化温度为180℃,硫酸浓度为8mol/L,液固比为12∶1,重量比Na2SO3/Te=10。在该条件下,碲的回收率可高达77.15%。
In this paper,tellurium was recycled from tellurium cadmium zinc by the method of hydrothermal oxidation,acid leaching and reduction.With other conditions unchanged,tellurium recovery rate was explored through changing hydrothermal temperature,H2SO4 concentration,liquid-solid ratio and dosage of sodium sulfite.The results show that the optimum experimental conditions for tellurium recovery are as follows:temperature180℃,H2SO4 concentration 8mol/L,liquid-solid ratio 12∶1,mass ratio Na2SO3/Te 10.Under such conditions,the recovery rate of tellurium can be up to 77.15%.
