摘要
收费业务是高速公路运营中最为重要的业务,其业务质量是表征运营质量的关键。目前,国内针对收费业务质量开展评价的研究较少,也尚未形成一套行业认可的评价体系。采用AHP和模糊评价相结合的方法对收费站收费业务质量评价体系的建立及评价方法进行研究,确定对应的层次模型及指标权重。采用该模型对四川省3个具有代表性的收费站进行评价,得出的结果与实际情况相符。
Tolling stands for the most significant business of highway operation.Moreover,its quality of business is a key factor to characterize the quality of operation as well.However,the current domestic researches focused on the evaluation of quality of tolling business appeared to be rare,and not an industryrecognized evaluation system has been established.Adopting the method of AHP and fuzzy evaluation,this article studied the establishment of evaluation system for toll station's quality of tolling business and its evaluation method.And a corresponding hierarchical model,as well as the value of indicators was determined.Adopting the model to evaluate 3typical toll stations in Sichuan province,the results are in conformity with actual situation.
