摘要
研究红薯叶不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。采用ORAC法、DPPH法及ABTS法测定红薯叶的石油醚层、氯仿层、乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层在不同质量浓度下的抗氧化能力及总酚、黄酮的含量。结果显示红薯叶不同溶剂提取物对ORAC氧自由基具有较好的吸收能力,对DPPH自由基、ATBS自由基均具有较强的清除能力。其抗氧化活性大小均为乙酸乙酯层>正丁醇层>氯仿层>石油醚层,与总酚、黄酮的含量一致。这说明红薯叶具有较好的抗氧化能力,其中乙酸乙酯层抗氧剂能力最好。
The anfioxidant activities of different solvent extracts from Ipomoea batatas leaves were explored. ORAC, ABTS and DPPH free radical scavenging were used for antioxidant activity evaluation. The content of total phenols and flavonoids in different solvent fractions (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and butanol) were determined. All the investigated samples had strong ability to absorb ORAC oxygen free radical and scavenge DPPH flee radicals. Their antioxidant activity is in the sequence, ethyl acelate, butanol, chloroform, petroleum ether, which is consistent with total phenol and flavonoids content. It showed that lpomoea batatas leaves had good antioxidant capacity, in which components soluble in ethyl acetate revealed the strongest antioxidant capacity.
