摘要
现代医院对医用材料的依赖性越来越大,物资采购的频率和数量也在与日俱增。这给现代医院的物流管理提出了更高的要求。医院若想高效运行,有必要对自身的物流管理工作进行规范和加强。有鉴于此,本文围绕现代医院与物流管理主题,从现代医院加强物流管理的意义,医院物流的特点,医用耗材物流管理的主要环节及其措施,国内医院物流管理现状及发展方向等方面进行了探讨。
Modern hospitals have growing dependence on medical material and their frequency and quantity of material procurement is also increasing. This raises higher requirements for modern hospital logistics management. For efficient operation of the hospital, it is necessary to regularize and strengthen its own logistics management. Therefore, this article which focuses on modern hospitals and logistics management discusses the significance of strengthening logistics management from the perspective of the modern hospitals, the hospital logistics characteristics, key areas and measures in logistics management on medical supplies and the domestic hospital logistics management status as well as its development direction.
