摘要
本文提出了采用干砂代替树脂砂,并施加一定强度的负压来提供砂型的强度的干砂负压实型铸造工艺。该工艺解决了在浇注过程中泡沫燃烧产生的废气排放问题,降低了制造的成本,提高了汽车覆盖件模具铸件的质量。
This paper proposes using the dry sand instead of resin sand, and using negative pressure exerts a certain strength to provide the strength of dry sand negative pressure of EPC. The technique solves the problem of combustion emissions generated in the process of pouring foam, reduces the manufacturing cost, and improves the quality of casting mold for auto body panels.
