摘要
目的研究微波与干扰素联合治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床效果。方法给予医院收治的32例对照组宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者实施微波治疗,给予医院收治的40例观察组宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者实施微波联合干扰素治疗,对比不同方法的实施效果。结果观察组治愈率、HPV转阴率优于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论微波与干扰素联合用药治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染,疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of microwave and interferon in treatment of cervical erosion with HPV infection. Methods The hospital treated 32 cases of the control group for cervical erosion with HPV infection in patients with the implementation of the microwave treatment, give the hospital admitted 40 cases of the observation group of cervical erosion with HPV infection in patients with the implementation of microwave combined with interferon treatment, the implementation effect comparison of different methods. Results In the observation group, the cure rate, HPV seroconversion rate than that of the control group, P〈0.05 had statistical signiifcance. Conclusion The treatment of microwave combined with interferon treatment of cervical erosion with HPV infection, the curative effect is remarkable.
