摘要
针对某厂生产的TC11钛合金石油设备测量集成块在加工过程中刀具磨损严重,切削困难等问题,基于绿色清洁加工的理念,采用数值分析的方法,模拟了在切削过程中不同的冷却方法下切削力、切削温度、切削应力及刀具磨损程度的变化情况,为切削的冷却方法的选择提供参考。
Aiming at serious tool wear and difficult cutting problems in the process of the production of titanium parts in a factory, based on the concept of green cleaning processing, adopting the method of numerical analysis, this paper simulates changes of cutting force, cutting temperature, cutting stress and tool wear under different cooling methods in the cutting process, to provide reference for the choice of the method for cooling of the cutting.
