摘要
目的：对膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受全膝关节表面置换术治疗效果进行分析研究。方法对2012年1月-2014年1月我院接收的膝关节骨性关节炎患者64例的临床资料进行分析研究，为患者使用全膝关节表面置换术，对患者的膝关节功能改善情况进行观察评价。结果全部患者术后进行了一年半的随访，患者的膝关节功能优良率是95.3%，膝关节评分相比治疗前有显著提升，从（41±3.25）分提升到（96±6.37）分，活动幅度有所提升。结论全膝关节表面置换术可以有效的治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，患者的手术优良率高，膝关节功能改善明显，临床应用效果突出，对手术指征进行掌握，保持关节内外侧平衡，才能够获得好的效果。
Objective To study and analyse the therapeutic effect of accepted total knee replacement for the knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods Based upon the analysis of clinical information ,64 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital during January 2012 to January 2014,who were treated by total knee arthroplasty,were observed and evaluated on the knee joint function of patients improve. Results After a year and a half of fol ow-up,knee joint function of patients with excel ent and good rate was 95.3%,knee scores compared before treatment significantly increased,from the（41±3.25）points to（96±6.37）. The activity was increased. Conclusions Total knee arthroplasty can be effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee surgery, the function of knee improved excel ently,the clinical application effect is prominent,master the indication of operation,keeping maintain joint medial and lateral balance,can get good effect.
