摘要
目的：观察西帕依固龈含漱液治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2014年3月间收治的牙周病患者41例，随机分组，研究组与对照组分别应用西帕依固龈含漱液与利凡诺含漱液治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率（95.24%）与对照组（80.00%）比较相对较高，两组患者临床疗效，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论牙周病应用西帕依固龈含漱液治疗可以缓解患者疼痛，减轻临床症状，效果良好，安全可靠。
Objective Clinical effect of xipayi mouth rinse liquid treatment of periodontal disease is to be observed. MethodsChoose 41 patients with periodontal disease who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random which are given xipayi mouth rinse liquid treatment and rivanol gargle treatment respectively, and then compare treatment effects between two groups.ResultsTreatment efficacy in study group （95.24%） is much higher that treatment efifcacy in control group （80.00%）, there is a clinical treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse liquid treatment is conducive to alleviating patients’ periodontal disease pain and relieving clinical symptoms with treatment efifcacy and safety.
