摘要 自疯牛病和禽流感等疾病暴发以来,世界各国将食品安全、饲料安全视为涉及国家公共安全的重大问题。随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重生活质量,但是在生产实践中,常有以假乱真和以次充好的现象,源性成分的检测成为判别的标准已涉及到各行各业。论文对源性成分检测的起源、应用和常用的方法做了综述,以期为商品真伪鉴别、品质鉴定、防止动物疫病病原体传播等提供参考。 Since the BSE and avian influenza erupted, most of the countries has regarded the safety of foods and feed as a major issue that relates to national public safety. With the increasing of living standard, people pay more attention to the quality of life, however, there are often fakes and shoddy phenomenon in prac- tices. Consequently it urgently needs the source detection of components, and the source detection becomes the criterion. As far as it goes, the source detections of components have been related to all sectors of all our life. The origin of the source detection of components, its application and the methods were reviewed. Through the summary we expected to provide certain theoretical basis for detecting authenticity of mer- chandises, making an appraisal of quality and preventing the spread of animal diseases.
