摘要 目的 探讨原发性高血压患者血清脂蛋白a[Lipoprotein a,LP(a)]水平与高血压分级的相关性.方法 依据2010年《中国高血压防治指南》的高血压诊断标准及高血压分级标准,纳入高血压患者180例(其中1级组62例、2级组60例、3级组58例),同时选择同期来我院查体的60名健康体检者作为对照组,即全部研究对象为240例;采用免疫比浊法测定入选全部研究对象的血清脂蛋白(a)浓度水平.结果 血清LP(a)浓度水平在高血压1、2、3级组分别与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2级组与1级组、3级组与2级组比较血清LP(a)浓度水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清LP(a)浓度水平与高血压的分级组有较明显的相关性,血清LP(a)浓度水平能够作为原发性高血压分级的参考依据. Objective To evaluate the correlation between serum lipoprotein (a) [LP(a)] and blood pressure classification of patients with essential hypertension.Methods According to diagnosis standard and classification standard of hypertension in Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China (2010),180 patients with hypertension (62 cases of high blood pressure level 1,60 cases of high blood pressure level 2,58 cases of high blood pressure level 3) were selected.60 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Detected the level of serum LP(a) of all subjects with immunoturbidimetry.Results There were statistically significant differences in the level of serum LP(a) between control group and grade 1,2,3 hypertension groups (P〈0.01);there were statistically significant differences in the level of serum LP(a) between grade 2 hypertension group and grade 1 hypertension group,grade 3 hypertension group and grade 2 hypertension group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The level of serum LP(a) is related to high blood pressure classification;the level of serum LP(a) can be as a reference for primary hypertension grade.
