摘要
目的总结老年胃癌手术患者的临床护理方法。方法对2007年1月—2010年12月65岁以上老年胃癌42例施行手术治疗的结果和护理方法进行总结。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,住院19 d^32 d,平均23.5 d。无围术期死亡病例,无护理并发症发生。结论充分的术前准备、合理的治疗方法,精心的护理措施,可保障老年胃癌患者顺利完成手术。
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing methods of the elderly patients with gastric cancer surgery. Methods In January 2007 to December 2010 at the age of 2010 or older 42 eases of gastric cancer surgery treatment result and summarize nursing methods. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, hospitalization 19～32 d, 23.5 d. No perioperative deaths,no nursing complications. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, reasonable treatment and careful nursing, elderly patients can complete the operation.
