摘要
介绍了汽车前围板零件的逆向设计流程,重点分析了该零件的点云数据测量方法及CAD模型曲面重构,总结了逆向建模过程中的一些常见问题。通过RE技术实现了前围板曲面的快速建模,显著地提高了产品研发效率。
In the article,the reverse design process of car dash panel was introduced,and the point cloud data measurement method and the CAD model surface reconstruction are analyzed. Furthermore, some common problems in the process of reverse modeling are summarized and discussed. By RE technology ,the rapid modeling of dash panel surface is achieved , and the efficiency of product development is significantly improved.
