摘要 采用微波网络的基本理论,推导出任意微波多端口互联网络S参数的计算公式,前提条件是要保证各单元子网连接的传输线特性阻抗相等。为了克服这个局限性,引入了已有的微带不连续性等效电路模型及理论,将阻抗不同的阶梯、直角拐角以及T型接头等部分也看作单元子网来处理,运用已有的等效电路模型提取对应的S参数,并依据推导出的S参数公式运用Matlab软件编写算法程序计算出多端口互联网络的S参数。以功分器为例,算法程序计算结果与IE3D软件仿真结果吻合较好。 The expression formula of scattering parameters is derived for arbitrary microwave rnultiport interconnect network based on basic theory of microwave network.The precondition is to ensure that the equal characteristic impedance of interconnected transmis- sion lines for each unit subnet.This paper successfully transplantes the obtained discontinuity equivalent circuit model and theory of microstrip line to overcome the above limitation, which take step, right-angle bends, T-junctions of the different transmission lines impedance as unit subnet, and apply equivalent circuit model to obtain the scattering parameters of these unit subnet.Finally, the compu- ting program is written by matlab software to obtain the scattering parameters of multiport interconnect network based on the derived S parameters formula.To take power divider as an example,the algorithmic program results and IE3D simulation results are in good agreement.
