摘要
文章从高校教师作为"知识型员工"的特征出发,目光聚焦高校教师的需求,指出了目前影响高校教师自我激励的因素;构建高校教师自我激励模型,提出了相应的激励策略,为更好地激发高校教师工作的积极性提供借鉴。
Starting from the feature of "intellectual faculty" of college teachers, this paper focuses on the faculty' s needs, and points out the current factors that affects their self- motivation. Thus, a self - incentive model for university teachers could be estab- lished with the corresponding incentive strategies, and it could provide reference for stimulation of the teachers' enthusiasm in work.
