摘要
转型发展是地方本科院校顺应社会全面深化改革潮流,满足经济发展方式转变需要,主动服务区域经济社会发展的必然之路。应用型人才培养作为地方本科院校转型发展的核心问题,不仅包括以校企合作等人才培养模式建构和实践凸显的职业技能教育,还应包括以"融贯古今、执中鉴西"为路径的人文教育,二者是互为支撑、彼此融通的"太极图式"的关系,同存于高等教育日常实践之中。建设技术应用型大学必然要加强技能教育,同时也需要健康的乌托邦精神,以理想之光观照转型发展的现实之路。
Transformation development is a necessary way for local undergraduate colleges to keep up with the trend of society comprehensive deepening reform, to satisfy the need of transformation of economic growth pattern and serve the economic society development on one’ s own initiative.As the key problem of local undergraduate colleges transformation development, applied talent training should include not only vocational skills education fea-tured by talent cultivation pattern construction and practice, but also humanistic education which takes“the coher-ence of ancient and modern, upholding China’ s academic thought referring to western idea ” as a way.The two kinds of education is in a relationship that support and combine each other just like Yin and Yang of Taiji feature and both of them exist in the daily practice of higher education.To establish a technical application college must strengthen skill education and observe the reality of transformation development with the light of ideal.Also, healthy spirit of Utopia is needed.
