摘要
澳大利亚资格证书框架涵盖了基础教育、职业教育与培训、高等教育三大类教育机构颁发的资格证书。经过不断的修改与完善,它已经成为目标明确、内容充实、特色鲜明、现代化的弹性的全国性学习途径系统。澳大利亚的资格证书框架改革举措和成功经验将为完善我国的职业资格证书体系和学历文凭制度提供有益借鉴。
Australian Qualifications Framework covers all kinds of qualifications issued by insitutions of vocational education and training, elementary education and higher education. Through continuous modification and improvement, it has become a modern and flexible nationwide learning approach system which has clear goal, substantial content and distinctive characteristics. The Australian reforming measures and successful experiences of qualifications framework will provide beneficial references for Chinese reform and improvement of occupation qualification system and Diploma system.
