摘要
集体劳动争议引发的群体性事件对公共秩序造成严重影响,集体协商制度引起多方关注。目前我国集体协商制度存在一些问题,通过增强工会组织的独立性和代表性、强化政府的主导作用、建立完善的法律保障体系,对集体协商制度予以完善,维护劳动者合法利益,构建和谐劳动关系。
Mass incidents triggered by the collective labor disputes have a serious impact on public order and collective consultation system attracted much attention. Currently there are some problems of collective negotiation system in China. It still need to enhance the independence and representative trade union organizations, to strengthen the 1 eading perfect collective consultation system, role of the government to establish a sound legal protection system, to and to safeguard the legitimate interests of workers, in order to build a harmonious labor relations.
