摘要
焦石坝龙马溪组非常规页岩气开采是中石化集团公司涪陵页岩气产能示范区开发的重点建设项目,首批非常规页岩气水平井水平段以油基钻井液钻进为主。该区块已发现多处易漏地层,水平段漏失情况尤其复杂,不仅加大了施工难度,更增加了钻井成本。为有效解决水平段油基钻井液堵漏难题,室内研究开发了一种水平井油基钻井液水泥浆堵漏技术,该技术的特点是采用柴油与淡水的混合物配制堵漏水泥浆,其与现场油基钻井液可以任意比例混合而不会产生配伍性问题。实验室对该堵漏水泥浆性能进行了系统研究,结果显示,该堵漏水泥浆密度、稠化时间和抗压强度均可调,具有沉降稳定性好、流动能力强的特点。试验结果充分说明,该水泥浆堵漏技术在油基钻井液水平段裂缝堵漏中具有广阔的应用空间。
The battle of unconventional shale gas in Jiaoshiba Longmaxi Formation was a key project for the development and construction of Sinopec Fuling Shale Gas Production Demonstration Area.The horizontal sections of the first batch of unconventional shale gas horizontal wells were drilled by using oil-base mud.At present,many lost circulation formations have been found in the area,the leakage in horizontal sections was particularly complex.It not only increased the difficulty of drilling operations,but also increased the cost of drilling.In order to solve the plugging problem of the horizontal sections drilled by using oil-base mud effectively,a cement slurry plugging technology of horizontal well drilling with oil-base drilling fluid was developed in laboratory.The characteristics of this technology was the plugging cement slurry prepared by using diesel oil and fresh water,the plugging cement slurry could be mixed with arbitrary ratio of oilbase mud without problem of compatibility.The performance of plugging cement slurry is studied in the laboratory.The results shows that the density,thickening time and the compressive strength of plugging cement slurry can be adjusted.It also has the characteristics of good sedimentation stability and strong flow ability.The experimental results shows that the plugging cement slurry technology has a broad application space in fracture plugging of horizontal sections drilled by using oil-base mud.
