Synthesis and Application of Green and Clean Nanometer Composite Drag Reduction Agent(DRA) in Shale Gas Development

摘要 针对页岩气井现场压裂施工过程中亟待解决的问题,研发了JHFR-2绿色清洁纳米复合高效液体减阻剂。该减阻剂为易溶于水的乳白色液体,密度1.05~1.26g/cm^3,黏度小、体系稳定性好。性能评价表明,该减阻剂不起泡,抗温达到130℃,抗钙离子污染能力强,几乎无地层伤害,性价比高。通过现场施工应用,该减阻剂只需柱塞泵按比例泵入,实现在线配制滑溜水,节约设备、运输和土地使用等费用,可满足现场即配即注的工艺要求。 Aiming at the problems urgently needed to be solved for shale gas well fracturing in the oilfields,a JHFR-2 green and clean nano composite high efficient liquid drag reduction agent was developed.JHFR-2 was water-soluble and milky white liquid with its density of 1.05~1.26g/cm3,it had small viscosity and good stability in the system.A performance evaluation was carried out on JHFR-2,studies showed that the drag reduction agent had no foam,temperature resistance was at 130℃,the ability of anti-calcium ion pollution was strong,it almost had no formation damage with high cost effective.Field application indicates that only apiston pump is needed for pumping the JHFR-2 according to the proportion,the realization of online preparing slippery water can be obtained,it can save the costs of equipment,transportation and land usage therefore it can satisfy the requirements of field preparation of injection.
