摘要
CDIO工程教育模式为高职院校人才培养模式改革提出了更高的要求:需在政、校、企三方深度合作下组建长效利益融合体,共同创建CDIO工程教育环境,创新实训基地建设模式与运行机制,共同研究教学形式和学习方法,共同组建师资培训队伍及CDIO工程育人评价体系。这一模式要求在工程项目实践中培养学生的综合能力,有效提升人才培养质量。
CDIO engineering education mode has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education reform: it needs to establish the long-term interests body by the tripartite cooperation of the government, school and enterprises, jointly create the CDIO engineering education environment, innovate practice base construction pattern and operation mechanism, jointly study the teaching form and learning method, form teacher training team and CDIO engineering education evaluation system. This mode requires training students' comprehensive ability in the project practice and effectively promoting talent training quality.
