摘要
杨义芳认为口腔扁平苔藓多由外感六淫、饮食不当、情志所伤、素体虚弱等引起,治疗一是善用温药以温补脾肾,补肾之精气,精气旺盛,正气充足,邪不可干;二是使用清热活血及祛风除湿之药,升提收毒上行,以渗利下导为务;三是配合特色外吹散剂-"碧雪散"缓解局部口腔黏膜红肿疼痛。附验案1例。
