摘要
[目的]观察疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组90例奥扎格雷钠80mg+0.9%氯化钠500m L,1次/d,静滴。治疗组90例疏血通6m L+0.9%氯化钠250m L,1次/d,静滴;奥扎格雷钠治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、NDS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,显效25例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率91.11%。对照组痊愈17例,显效25例,有效28例,无效20例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。NDS评分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗塞,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
