摘要
针对电站低温烟气和乏汽余热的特点,提出了采用低压省煤器与第一类吸收式热泵集成回收低温余热的工艺方案,以某150 MW机组的额定纯凝(THA)和额定抽汽2种工况为基准分别对烟气、乏汽及系统进行余热回收计算,结果表明:采用低温余热回收工艺方案后,2种工况下,机组发电功率分别增加了2.37 MW,2.97 MW,循环热效率分别增加了0.51%,0.60%;冷却塔中循环水量减少,热负荷降低,有利于节约用水。
Agalnst the characteristics of low-temperature waste heat of flue gas and turbine exhaust steam in CFB power plants,process that using the low pressure economizer combining with the type Ⅰ absorption heat pump to recover low-temperature waste heat was proposed.On the basis of THA and rated extraction conditions of a 150 MW unit,relative calculation was carried out.The results show that,after adopting this heat recovery technology,under the above two working conditions,the unit power generating load increased by 2.37 MW and 2.97 MW,the circulating thermal efficiency enhanced by 0.51% and 0.60%,separately. Furthermore,the circulating water in cooling tower reduced,so that the heat load decreased.
