摘要
以工艺总平面布置与自然地形的协调统一性为设计理念,以黔西新田煤矿选煤厂工艺总平面布置为实例,结合工艺流程及现场地形地貌将厂区按特征分为三级区域台阶,并重点对两种较典型的工艺布置设计方案进行对比,确保新田选煤厂的工艺布置更具合理性、经济性和实用性。
Taking the coordinate integration of general plan of process arrangement and natural topography as the design concept, and the general plan arrangement of Qianxi Xintian coal preparation plant as an example, referring technical flowsheet and general configuration and topography of the plant area,three classes of terraces defined,two typical design options of process arrangement compared,ensuring the process arrangement of Xintian coal preparation plant being rather reasonable,economic and practical.
