摘要
首先介绍了液压管道模型,并建立了管道分布参数和有限分段集中参数数学模型,采用特征线法对分布参数模型进行求解,同时对管道粘性摩擦阻力进行了计算,将这两种模型算法引入液压系统动态仿真软件DSHW中。以水锤现象为仿真实例,采用DSHW软件分别对这两种管路模型进行仿真计算,分布参数模型虽然复杂,但是计算精度较高,分段集中参数计算精度较低,但模型较为简单,计算参数少。
Firstly the models of the hydraulic pipeline were introduced, and the mathematical models of the distribution parameter and limited seetion pipeline were established. The distributed parameter model is solved by the eharaeteristie line method, the pipeline viscous friction resistance was calculated. These two model algorithm is introduced into the hydraulie system dynamic simulation software DSHW. For example water hammer, by DSHW software the two pipeline model was calculated. The distributed parameter model is complex, but the precision is higher. The sectional lumped parameter model is relatively simple, less calculation parameters, the accuracy is low.
