摘要
目的通过数据挖掘客观而全面地分析朱丹溪的用药规律。方法采集《丹溪心法》中符合标准的方剂建立朱丹溪方药数据库,将药物名称进行规范化处理后,分别采用频数分析对药物进行统计,采用系统聚类对药物进行分类统计,采用Carma方法对药物与药物之间的关系进行关联规则分析。结果共纳入方剂610首,涉及中药337味。使用频率最高的前10位中药依次为茯苓、生姜、炙甘草、甘草、陈皮、人参、半夏、白术、当归、川芎。经过聚类得到核心药物12组,分别为砂仁和藿香、细辛和白芷、胆南星和枳实、升麻和柴胡、防风和羌活、黄柏和知母、厚朴和苍术、桔梗和枳壳、熟地黄和生地黄、黄芩和黄连、白术和人参、陈皮和半夏。设支持度3%、置信度65%,共得到提升度均>1的关联规则39组。结论朱丹溪临证善用补益脾胃之品,常以调理脾胃药物为核心,提示朱丹溪学术思想不仅以滋阴为主,同时亦重视调理脾胃。
Objective To comprehensively analyze ZHU Danxi's medication regularity through objective data mining. Methods Collect the standard formulas in Danxi Xinfa (丹溪心法) and establish the database of ZHU Danxi's formulas and medicines, normalize the medicine names, and then analyze the medicines with frequency. To classify the statistics by hierarchical clustering, and by using the Carma method, to analyze the assotionations the Chinese medicines. medicines. The top 10 Results Totally 610 formulas were enrolled in this study and involved 337 Chinese medicines most frequently used are Fulin (Poria cocos), Shengjiang (Fresh between Chinese ginger) ,Zhigancao (Radix glycyrrhizae preparata ) , Gancao ( Glycyrrhiza uralensis ), Chenpi ( Pericarpium citri reticulatae ), Renshen (Ginseng), Banxia (Pinellia ternata), Baizhu ~ Atractylodes), Danggui ( Chinese Angelica), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum wallichii). The 12 central medicinal pairs analyzed by clustering are Sharen (Fructus amomi) with Huoxiang ( Agastache rugosus ) , Xixin ( Asarum sieboldi mig. ) with Baizhi ( Angelica dahurica ), Dannanxing ( Arisaema cum bile) with Zhishi ( Fructus aurantii immaturus ) , Shengma ( Cimicifuga foetida ) with Chaihu ( Radix bupleuri), Fangfeng (Radix saposhnikoviae) with Qianghuo (Notopterygium incisum), Huangbai (Phellodendron amurense ) with Zhimu ( Anemarrhena asphodeloides ) , Houpo ( Mangnolia officinalis ) with Cangzhu ( Atractylodes lancea), Jiegeng ( Platycodon grandiflorum ) with Zhiqiao ( Fructus aurantii ), Shudihuang ( Radix rehmanniae praeparata ) with Shengdihuang ( Radix Rehmanniae Recens ), Huangqin ( Scutellaria baicalensis ) with Huanglian ( Coptis chinensis), Baizhu with Renshen ( Ginseng), and Chenpi ( Fericarptum cttrt rettcutatae) wire t^anxm k rt,tetttu ternata). Set a support degree with 3% and a confidence coefficient with 65%, and then 39 associated pairs were screened of which the upgrading was greater than one. Conclusion In ZHU Danxi's experience, he made good use of reinforcing spleen medicine, and made the regulating spleen and stomach medicines as the core. It prompts that in ZHU Danxi's academic thoughts, not only nourishing yin is priority, but also regulating spleen and stomach is emphasized.
