摘要
首先研究了粉煤灰掺量对水泥净浆流动度的影响,在此基础上探讨了粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土工作性、强度的影响。试验结果表明,添加粉煤灰可以提高水泥净浆的流动性,改善自密实混凝土的工作性。随着粉煤灰的掺量的增加,自密实混凝土的流动性、间隙通过能力以及抗离析性能都明显提高。粉煤灰掺量超过一定时,混凝土黏性继续增大,使得工作性开始下降。自密实混凝土的强度随着粉煤灰掺量增加先升高后降低,与粉煤灰在混凝土中的填充、密实效应有关。给出粉煤灰在自密实混凝土中的一个合适掺量在30%~35%左右。
It studied the dosage of fly ash on the fluidity of cement paste firstly,and on this basis,discussed the content of fly ash effects on the C30 self-compacting concrete workability and strength. The results showthat adding fly ash can improve the liquidly of cement paste and the workability of self-compacting concrete. With the increase of dosage of fly ash,the fluidity,passing quality and anti separation quality are improved obviously. When the content of fly ash beyond a certain range,concrete viscosity will increase,making the workability began to decline. The strength of self-compacting concrete will increased first and then decreased with the increase dosage of fly ash. Fly ash has the filling effect,in this paper the optimal dosage of fly ash is about 30%~35%.
