摘要
对混凝土泵送前后的物理性能、力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗裂性能进行对比试验,了解泵送施工对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,混凝土泵送后流动性减小,含气量降低;普通混凝土泵送后早期抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性降低,高性能混凝土则相反;混凝土的弹性模量基本不受泵送工艺的影响;在泵送前,高性能混凝土的早龄期开裂风险大于普通混凝土,泵送后普通混凝土的开裂敏感性大于高性能混凝土。
The physical properties,mechanical properties,anti-chloride ion permeability and the early cracking resistance of concrete before and after pumping were tested. The differences between them were compared and discussed. The test results showthat after pumping the fluidity and the air content of concrete decrease. The early compressive strength and the anti-chloride ion permeability of common concrete after pumping decrease,and those of the high performance concrete increase. The modulus of elasticity of the concrete is nearly the same. Before pumping,the early cracking resistance of high performance is worse than that of the common concrete,but after pumping,the common concrete has a tendency to crack.
